PERSONAL TRAINER – NUTRITION COACH
Monica is a NASM certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder. Her focus is on corrective exercises and helping people get back to the gym after an injury. She enjoys helping people move and function more effectively while encouraging them to reach their goals. Monica believes the gym is a place of discovery and growth where everyone feels like they belong.
Molly Zapinski
Corrective Exercise Specialist
Molly has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Corrective Rehabilitation and Functional Strength. She is currently on the road to becoming a Women’s Health Specialist. She is passionate about finding the root causes of injuries. This allows her to help strengthening not only specific regions but your body as a whole. Molly spends time building strength from the base up, looks at compensatory patterns, and adjusts exercises so they’re tailored to each individual. This helps achieve patient goals, encourages a healthy mindset, and leaves the client feeling confident in not only in the gym, but in themselves! She believes exercise is medicine, it’s all about finding the right dose.

Mandy is a corrective exercise specialist and trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Psychology. She is passionate about general wellness and improving daily functionality. Mandy is committed to creating a positive and motivating environment where clients feel supported, encouraged, and capable of achieving their goals. She believes fitness is a tool for building resilience, restoring confidence, and enhancing quality of life—both in and out of the gym.

Braeden is a corrective exercise specialist and trainer with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement and strength training. Braeden takes pride in working with a wide variety of people and believes that fitness can take on many forms depending on the person and their goals. He strives to make the gym a supportive, but challenging environment where everyone can leave stronger, moving well, and living fully.
