The Training Room is a collaboration among fitness, medical and wellness providers that embodies the future of fitness. We offer custom, individualized programming designed for members to excel in all aspects of their lives. By combining these state-of-the-art offerings, we’ve created an intimate and integrated health and wellness community, where members can sweat, enhance and recover together, all under one roof.

Dylan Toon – NASM, TPI (Level 2) – Director of Training

Dylan moved from California to Columbus to pursue his passion for fitness. His favorite part about training is the relationships he makes & that there is always more to learn.

Monica Cirelli – NASM – Personal Trainer and Nutrition/Lifestyle Coach

Monica is a NASM certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder. She enjoys helping people move and function more effectively while encouraging them to reach their goals. She believes the gym is a place of discovery and growth where she wants everyone to feel like they belong.

She loves spending time at the gym training for her next show or reading a good book at the end of the day.

Mike Cochran – NASM – Personal Trainer 

Mike is a new trainer at The Training Room, bringing five years of experience to the team. As a dedicated Health & Fitness professional, he is committed to helping clients achieve the best quality of life for themselves and their loved ones. Mike approaches each client’s goals with a strategic, personalized game plan, ensuring that their health and fitness aspirations are met with expertise and enthusiasm.

Sarah Balliett – ISSA – Personal Trainer

Sarah Balliett is a health and fitness professional from Delaware, Ohio. She is a certified Personal Trainer, certified Nutritionist, and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Sarah also has experience working as an Exercise Oncology Instructor.

Currently, Sarah is completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Allied Health, with a minor in Coaching, at Wilmington College. Her academic background, combined with her certifications, equips her with the knowledge and skills to support clients in achieving their fitness goals, whether it’s improving strength, recovering from injury, or managing chronic conditions.
Sarah has always been passionate about fitness, having played college basketball, cross country, and track. Her athletic background has instilled in her a deep commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys running and is dedicated to training for marathons and half marathons.

A strong believer in the power of fitness to transform lives, Sarah is driven by a passion for helping and serving her community. Whether it’s through one-on-one training, group instruction, or specialized programs for individuals, she is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.
